Notice of discontinuation of shuttle bus service between JR Kurobe Unazuki Onsen Station (Shinkansen Station) and the hotel

Due to a decrease in the number of passengers caused by the new coronavirus and other various reasons, we regret to inform you that the shuttle bus service between JR Kurobe Unazuki Onsen Station (Shinkansen Station) and the hotel will be discontinued as of February 28, 2022.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to prospective customers, and we would appreciate your understanding.

After March 1, 2022, please take the train from Shin-Kurobe Station (Toyama Chiho Railway), which is adjacent to JR Kurobe-Unazuki Onsen Station (Shinkansen Station), to Unazuki Onsen Station. It is a 3-minute walk from Toyama Chiho Railway Unazuki Onsen Station to our hotel.

1 Turn right at the T signal in front of the Kurobe Interchange and follow the road in the direction of Unazuki Onsen.
After entering the hot spring resort area, you will see a railroad crossing on your left before the Chitetsu station. Cross the railroad crossing, and about 100 meters later, you will see the hotel on your right.

Baggage and Parking

Luggage storage and hotel parking are available before check-in and after check-out. Please leave from the hotel after enjoying the sightseeing spots.

For guests using electric vehicles

Parking spaces (5 spaces) with EV 200V/16A outlets for electric vehicles (EV) and plug-in hybrid vehicles are available for use by hotel guests only.
Guests only need to register their vehicle inspection certificate and credit card information on the dedicated "WeCharge App" to charge their vehicles immediately on the spot.
Please note that parking spaces may be full.
Reservations for parking spaces cannot be made.
