At Yamanoha, we place the utmost priority on the safety of our guests, so we do not prepare menus for guests with food allergies or indicate allergens on the menus. Since meals are mainly buffet style, a variety of dishes are prepared in the same kitchen using the same cooking equipment, and there is a possibility that a small amount of allergenic substances may be mixed in with the food served during the processing and cooking process.
